GSA Approved Contract Vendor

Our proven track record in the translation industry got us a GSA Schedule Contract to offer our professional translation services to the Government of the United States. Federal, state, and local government agencies come to us knowing that we are an experienced vendor compliant with all the regulations they set for commercial suppliers.

I just want to say this is a VERY good Chinese translation. Thank you. It will be awesome if we can have this same Chinese translator work on our other projects too whenever possible. The choice of word is very similar to what we use for our documents. Our City has more people who speak Cantonese, and more folks who come from Hong Kong/ Southern China. It is clear and concise, without cluttering the document. It is how I would have it done personally too.

When a government agency needs a translation project done, they do not make it public. Instead, they hire a certified vendor through the General Services Administration (GSA). That way, they know the agency they select is trustworthy, legitimate, and with competitive prices. Getting a GSA Certification means that the business is able to fulfill large projects within a concise time frame and with outstanding quality.

Access to a New Marketplace

Being a GSA-approved translation agency gives businesses access to a whole new marketplace of federal, state, and local government customers. After all, those are the only agencies allowed to bid for government translation contracts. On top of that, they can publish their services on federal buying platforms like GSA Advantage.

An Extensive Evaluation Process

The evaluation process all agencies need to go through to become GSA Accepted is quite extensive. They must have sold their services to other companies, showcased their financial records, have a proven track record, among other requirements. Once approved, however, government agencies will come to them knowing that they are fully compliant with their requirements.

A Reliable Agency

Being GSA Approved guarantees that a translation agency is able to deliver the best results at competitive prices. They get added to the GSA list of approved vendors where agencies go when they need translation services. Plus, they become more visible to potential clients who might also be looking for an agency.
